Café Pouchkine

Café Pouchkine is a patisserie originally from Russia that has three shops in Paris. One of them is located in Saint Germain. Another one is close to Places des Vosges. But the most famous Café Pouchkine of Paris is housed on the ground floor of Printemps. It’s a really nice place for an afternoon tea while you’re in the city. Besides, it’s one of the best places for a hot chocolate in the winter. Café Pouchkine also has a stunning décor, but I used to always come back to this place over and over again just for their macarons. Of course you can always head over to Ladurée or Pierre Hermé for your macaron-fix, but I guess Café Pouchkine’s macarons are better. They are bigger in size and come with more filling than Ladurée’s macarons. In my opinion, the caramel and chocolate flavors are the best ones. It’s a must-visit if you’re in Paris.
