Hola, Buenos Aires!

Hola, guys! I’m in Argentina and my experience in the country so far is being really amazing. Buenos Aires truly deserves its title of “Paris from South America”. Though the city may be a little bit chaotic in downtown, it also has some really beautiful and peaceful areas (especially in the neighborhood of Recoleta). Each part of the city has its particular characteristics, and it’s worth it to visit all of them.  I’ve stayed in Recoleta and I’m so in love with the “belle époque” style of this place. If you’re thinking about coming to Buenos Aires, your first option of accommodation should be in this area for sure. Though Buenos Aires is really big, Recoleta is a very calm place with many green areas, interesting museums and nice restaurants. The best hotels of the city are also in this area. San Telmo is the bohemian neighborhood of Buenos Aires and it’s also known as the place that birthed the tango. The place has many colonial buildings and the most part of the streets are very narrow. On Sundays, a very big fair takes place on this neighborhood. If the focus of your travel is gastronomy, you should clearly visit Puerto Madero. The place has a quite comprehensive number of restaurants that please almost all the tastes. In La Boca, the highlights are the famous El Caminito and the Boca Juniors Stadium. Finally, the city centre is the place that has witnessed the most important events in the history of the country. Many iconic symbols of the city like the Obelisk, the Colón Theater and the Casa Rosada are located in this area. More details about the visited places will come soon!
