Victoria & Albert Museum

Victoria & Albert Museum is one of the must-see attractions of London. Neighbor to the Science and Natural History Museum, it’s considered the largest museum of decorative arts and design in the world. Whether you already know it or not, I think it’s always worth taking a quick look at V&A while in the British capital. It’s a busy place that has an excellent calendar of temporary exhibitions and its café is a nice meeting point for Londoners. For more information about the exhibits on display, just click here. Its permanent collection is immense and full of gems! Ideally, choose fields of interest and begin the visit by your favorites. The collection of fashion, jewelry and accessories, for example, comprise one of the most popular wings of the museum. Amazing to see its relics! The part dedicated to fashion draws a true evolution from the seventeenth century to today. The internal space occupied by the museum is also wonderful! There are plenty of galleries and a beautiful inner courtyard along the V&A. Its shop is also full of interesting things that include stationery, decoration and design books, jewelry, clothes, objects for the home and even toys. The museum is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Exceptionally on Fridays, it closes at 10 p.m.
