Mix Club Montparnasse is a nightclub that is quite popular among the college public of Paris. International students, who are also called Erasmus, have free entry on Thursdays before midnight. Thus, the place turned into a kind of meeting point for foreign students of various universities of Paris. We found many students from HEC, Dauphine, Sorbonne, Sciences Po, ISC and from other colleges of the city there. Located at the base of the Montparnasse Tower, the space is large and clearly seeks to recreate a little bit of Ibiza in that area of Paris with its clouds of smoke, disco balls and laser lights with a regular schedule of international DJs who have a repertoire that includes electronic music, rock and Latin mixes. Though the place doesn’t have the same level of service that we can find in the most famous nightclubs of Paris (like VIP Room, Queen and Chez Raspoutine), it has become quite famous for its Erasmus Parties on Thursdays and got a lot of college students as clients.
